Sho-Air News Brief - Thursday, November 1, 2007

To Our Valued Customers:

As of noon on 10/29/2007, a major US All-Cargo Airline has closed their doors. Although we did not utilize their services very often, they moved over 750K pounds of cargo every night on their aircraft and in excess of 1 million pounds of truck cargo every week. The end result is virtually 3 to 5 millions pounds of freight being dumped into the transportation system weekly!

We expect service interruptions, delays, difficulties and embargoes as a result of this inundation of freight into the rest of the transportation network. Unfortunately, FedEx, UPS, commercial airlines and trucking systems are all affected and all are already seriously over capacity.

This will directly affect the entire US and Canada transportation system as well as indirectly affect international import and export for some time. We have heard a few rumors about what is being done to possibly replace them, and we will share that information with you when we are updated so you remain completely informed regarding this issue and you are not caught off guard by unexpected situations.

On all air shipments, especially large shipments, please give us as much notice as possible for the next couple of months so we can address your service needs immediately. We highly recommend that pieces are made smaller in size and also suggest that multiple pieces are shipped rather than one large piece. Carriers are going to be overloaded, and we want to do everything possible to ensure your trade show materials continue to arrive to show site on time!

Please contact Scott Tedro, CEO; Maria Gausepohl, Executive VP; or Justin Rosen, Quality Assurance Manager of Sho-Air International if you have any immediate concerns or questions.

As always, we appreciate your business and understanding under the current conditions. Sho-Air values your support and loyalty.

Respectfully,

Sho-Air International
