Conditions of Estimated Charges

Estimate excludes any specials and any customs clearance related fees.

a)   These charges are for estimation purposes only and based solely on the information provided

b)   Estimate subject to fluctuate with current fuel and currency exchange rates.

c)   If the shipping weight, dimensions (package size), service deliverables (times, dates), service requirements, or value changes, charges will change accordingly, or this quotation may be voided altogether.

d)   The above estimated charges do not include: overtime, holiday rates, heavy lifting, waiting time, special handling or on-site services, unless already called for in estimate.

e)   Any items not re-exported after the exhibition will be subject to Duty and/or VAT charges, which may also include penalty amounts.

f)   Due to TSA and Homeland Security Regulations, Sho-Air International will not be liable, nor responsible for individual pieces on a pallet, or delays resulting from threats or shut/slowdowns due to security issues. Pallets are considered one piece.

 

ANY CHANGE IN SHIPMENT CRITERIA INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PIECE QUANTITY, DIMENSIONS, ACTUAL WEIGHT, VOLUME WEIGHT OR SHIPPING DATES WILL EFFECT APPLICABLE CHARGES. ALL DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CHARGEABLE WEIGHT OF 100LBS. OR 45KG. ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM CHARGEABLE WEIGHT OF 220LBS. OR 100KG.

 

All estimates are subject to change due to global conditions and or related directly and or indirectly to the pandemic. International estimates are valid for 14 days including weekends from quote date. Domestic estimates are valid for 30 days including weekends from quote date. Beyond these lead times, all quotes will need to be reissued with the same caveats. This provision is in addition and does not replace the Force Majeure declaration in effect.

FORCE MAJEURE: Neither Party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under this Agreement that is due to any of the following causes, to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.
